Just in time for holiday gift-giving, we just added a candy making class Saturday, October 2, at 10:30am. Our cheese making teacher, Sandee Betterton, is going to teach students a perfect peanut brittle recipe, almond rocca, and flavored lollipops. She made us a big batch to sample so come into the store this week to taste this wonderful, not-too-hard peanut brittle. She’ll also show creative ways to package and display your treats. Of course, everyone will get lots of candy to sample and goodie bags to take home. The class should be up on our website by the end of the week but we can sign you up over the phone or here in the store, in person.
