Just in time for hunting season, we received five new cookbooks on wild game cookery: “Cookin’ Wild Game,” “The Complete Book of Butchering, Smoking, Curing, and Sausage Making,” “Venison Cookery,” “America’s Favorite Wild Game Recipes,” and “Preparing Fish and Wild Game.” We are also carrying jerky spice seasoning kits in pepper and garlic, teriyaki, hot-n-spicy, and a variety pack.
