We are getting ready for our super-fun evening dinner party/class/fundraiser next Thursday, the 28th, 6:00pm to 8:30pm. Shari and Marsha and the boys did a trial run through of the whole menu and it was a big hit! The gals will start off with Paula Deen’s Tomato Tart appetizer then Rob and Bob will be making Caprese Salad with Avocado, Chicken Provencal, and Broccoli with Cheese Sauce. Chef Pam and I tinkered with the wonderfully pink-hued raspberry mousse until we are 100% happy with the deliciousness-quotient!
