Our last cooking class of 2010 will be next Saturday the 20th. Kyle from Wusthof will be doing a highly informative knife skills class at 1:30pm. He will also be doing knife sharpening in store from 11:00am to 1:00pm the same day. We scheduled it for the Saturday before Thanksgiving so everyone could come in and get their knives sharpened just in time for Thanksgiving cooking. It makes food prep so much more enjoyable when knives are sharp! Since gift cards for cooking classes are such a great holiday gift idea, we’ve scheduled lots of new cooking classes for 2011. Our printed schedule is available in the store and it should be up on our website by the end of next week. Lots of great classes and teachers in store for 2011!
