Don’t forget to bring your knives this Saturday for our sharpening event from 11:00am to 1:00pm, taught by our friendly Wusthof rep, Kyle Hogan. The first two knives are free, the next three knives are two dollars each. It’s first come, first served so add it to your calender. In the afternoon, Kyle will be teaching a knife skills class from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. It’s a great opportunity to improve your cutting, chopping, mincing, and dicing skills, just in time for the flurry of Thanksgiving cooking. The class is twenty dollars and students receive a ten percent discount on everything in the store the day of the class with the exception of electrics. The students should also bring their knives for Kyle to sharpen. It’s going to be a fun, knife-centric day!
