Come taste new chocolate sensations at Chef Jadda’s All Chocolate Class, Saturday morning, February 26th, 10:30am to 1:00pm. Fee is $50 per student. Pam made her Chocolate Gelato to sample today and it’s heavenly! If you are in town, come and sample it, too. Jadda will be making coffee floats with the gelato as well as a layered cheesecake made with dark, milk, and white chocolates. Also on the menu are decadent chocolate puddings with Kahlua whipped cream and chocolate lava cakes with caramelized bananas and rum sauce—wow!
