Shari and Marsha are on their annual buying trip to the Chicago Housewares show, checking out the latest innovations in cookware, electronics, and gadgets. They also make orders from favorite vendors such as the cast iron purveyors Lodge Logic and Escali, from whom we get the cool miniature food scales. Also in Spring buying news, we’ve met with our cookbook rep, Diane, and our new cookbooks will be arriving over the next few weeks. Already in the store are the grandma-friendly series of cookbooks for little mermaids, fairies, and princesses! We’ve moved our children’s section to the center of the store so it’s more shoppable.
