
By California standards, the tasty “hot” Slather Sauce isn’t very hot but it is really delicious. Made in South Carolina, Shari and Marsha sampled it at the show and ordered the original Slather Sauce in the blue packaging and the tiny bit spicier red-labeled version. Chef Pam recently mixed both together to make the sauce for her pressure-cooked pulled pork sliders and that was tasty by any standard. We currently have both the 5 ounce and 12 ounce bottles.
